Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a return policy tailored to your location:

Within UAE

• Returns are accepted within five days of receipt.
• A shipping fee of 20 AED will apply for returns.
• Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment used for the purchase.
• Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed.

Outside UAE

• No returns are accepted at this stage.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Conditions for Refunds

• The wrong product was sent by Faem.
• The product is defective.
• The product was damaged in shipping.
• The product is tampered.
